Subscription collection process
Catalot subscriptions will be collected using Paypal. Catalot syndicate members will need to have a paypal account OR make an arrangement with another syndicate member who does have a Paypal account to pay on their behalf. (See here for setting up a Paypal account)
Requests for payment will be sent via email. Payment should be made using the Paypal 'Send money to a friend' process. Always select the “Personal” tab in the form. Sending money is free when you pay through your bank account or PayPal account balance (see here for details of adding funds to your Paypal account). Note that you can "choose to pay by credit card or debit card, but there will be a small fee, which you can opt to pay instead of the recipient". (Fees quoted ats at May 2009 are 3.4% + £0.20p). If fees are incurred by a member and paid by the recipient, they will be deducted from the member's winnings.
